What I love the most is that the DVDs are divided up into different body areas to focus on. As art-turned-fitness, ballet needs an instructor who carefully yet precisely works you through each move. Leah Sarago is beautiful and artistic, yet provides real fitness results! She is an asset to this wonderful set of DVDs! I am in love with them!
