Introducing Ava – by Lisa Kelly

After a quick c-section on Friday morning, I was finally able to meet my little girl.  Ava Claire weighed 6 pounds and 11 ounces and is so perfect in every way.

My doctor came into my room right before we went into surgery to take one last ultrasound and ease my mind.  The cord was still tight around her neck and she had not changed positions so for her safety, we went ahead as planned.  Most amazing experience ever and I can’t wait to write more about the whole thing!
