Gazillion Bubble Show: Review by Ali King
Gazillion Bubble Show is simply an extravaganza of bubble magic that is sure to capture any child from 0-100. The theater is Off Broadway at New World Stages 350 West 50th Street near the theater district. The 60 minute, no intermission show has been running for approximately 15 years.
Gazillion Bubble creator Fan Yang is currently a 16-time Guinness Book World Record holder. The Yang family including wife Ana, Children Deni, Melody and Jano have each hosted this show in New York for over a decade and it is perfect for the entire family.
Fang is known for his gifted ability to combine science and art. He created a special bubble solution with a “secret formula” that makes mega bubbles, bubbles inside of bubbles and more.
I had the pleasure of watching Ana Yang host this show. Ana memorized the audience with smoking bubbles, bouncing bubbles and floating bubbles. The moment lights go on, a world of bubble heaven opens and captures you with joy. This one-hour show is entertaining through interaction and bubble pageantry. Children are invited to the stage and within seconds a giant size bubble wand is waved over them and immediately the child becomes encapsulated in a human size bubble.
This show was a must see for us because my son loves bubbles more than his favorite food “french fries”. Bubble time is always in order for the King household, so I was sure this would be a memorable time for him. To my surprise, I felt as if I entered another world, of magic, fun with lights and special effects and more. Screens on the side featured well-being quotes, and constant bubbles released into the atmosphere after a create bubble display from Ana Yang. My son’s eyes were as bright and wide as Christmas Day.
During the show, a little girl with princess tiara celebrated her fifth birthday. Ana Yang invited her onto the stage to participate. She was asked to close her eyes, and there was a short narration of life filled with hopes and dreams. The lights were dimmed, and then when she opened her eyes, hundreds of bubbles were released into the theatre. It was truly a stunning spectacle!
I would recommend this show for an adult wellness day, family fun and even date night. The show is filled with heartfelt takeaways for the entire family. I snapped a few pics of quotes like:

If you are like me and have never heard of Gazillion Bubble Show or had the pleasure of seeing it years ago, please get your tickets now. When you visit Gazillion Bubble Show and watch the opening reel, know this is an actual depiction of the show, and it’s the real deal. My son and I could have skipped around for the rest of the day after attending this wonderful bubble extravaganza.
