“Green” Home Cleaning – Cost Effective Convenience: Product Review by Robin Gorman Newman
My family has been very fortunate over the years to have a wonderful cleaning woman come twice/month to our private house, but she recently suffered a leg injury and has since been recuperating.
Some love to clean their homes….but that has never been me. A friend in my community takes great pleasure in spending considerable timing cleaning, doing laundry, etc. — she is fully committed to domesticity — and I on the other hand find myself scheduling these tasks as I work from home and juggle a multitude of projects.
So, when I was approached about the opportunity to review products from Persik, the timing was perfect to experience if they would help make a difference in my efforts. I’m happy to say that they did.

Pure Sky Microfiber Dusting Mitt

The Pure-Sky microfibers are made of patented state-of-the-art composite ultra microfibers, consisting of multifilament yarns that are made of more than 1,000 strands per yarn. This allows you to clean nearly any surface using just water. No chemicals, and it saves money because you won’t throw away a ton of paper towels or disposable cleaning tools. I could have especially used this early in the Pandemic when finding paper towels was worth its weight in gold.
Pure Sky Window Glass Cleaning Cloth

The duo-layer structure of the Pure Sky Window Glass Cleaning cloth will not leave wiping marks, cleaning streaks or stains behind. Perfect for glass, mirrors, and even vehicle windows. My son recently turned 18, and has a car, and he’s big into cleaning it. He put this cloth to the test several times and was super happy with the results. We now find ourselves competing for the cloth!
Pure Sky Microfiber Reusable Cleaning Sponge

This is a multipurpose sponge that is durable, thick and works well on all surfaces. It removes 99% of bacteria and absorbs water, dust and dirt up to five times its own weight. This is a cleaning game changer for me!

This lightweight, convenient mop has an adjustable pole and duo-safety locking device and multi-function use. You can use the floor mop that comes with it or a Pure Sky Multi-Purpose Cloth. Both options attach easily to the bottom of the mop. It cleans wooden and tile floors without detergent. The ultra microfibers are antibacterial and cut through all the floor grime: dirt, dust, food crumbs, dog and cat hair. Plus, the dirt falls off with a quick wipe afterwards, and then you rinse it out and throw it in the washer with other Pure Sky products so they are ready to use again. Where has this mop been all my adult life!?
