Pamela Francis
Pamela Francis was born in Frankfurt, Germany, raised in the Bronx, NY, and graduated from Fordham University with a bachelor of arts in Communications. A writer since the age of 9, Pamela immediately went on to conceptualize, write, and produce music videos and commercials in New York City before packing up and heading out to California to write screenplays. After several misadventures and flights of unbelievable fancy – including run-ins with A-list stars and their children, Pamela left Hollywood to raise a child of her own in rural South Carolina. She lived there for 7 years, blossoming into not only a first-time mom, but a children’s minister, a private school teacher and an entrepreneur. When her son Malachi turned 7, Pamela returned to Hollywood to shepherd his acting career, securing him small roles that would include a scene with Emmy winner Melissa McCarthy on her CBS hit Mike and Molly. Motherhood struck again in California, making Pamela a second-time mom at almost 43 years of age. Unceremoniously dismissed from her job on the lots of Hollywood Center Studios for being pregnant in an environment deemed unsafe for pregnant women, Pamela took the opportunity to use her maternity time securing a Masters of Science in Management. Armed with that degree she concentrated on growing her own businesses while being a mom. Pamela lives in Sandy Springs, GA with her husband and two sons. She still operates the artists’ studio she started in 2001 when she first realized she wanted to be a stay at home mom.
